Join the iWALK Challenge: March 5 - May 5, 2012.

The iWALK Challenge is about embracing a lifestyle of health and fitness. Commit to get at least 150 minutes of exercise each week during the Challenge. That's 30 minutes a day, five days a week. Any form of exercise counts: swim, bike, run, walk, hike, dance. Powered by Sonoma County's Health Action, the iWALK Challenge aims to motivate you to make exercise part of your everyday life.

Look for the registration site to be active in February! Kick-Off Scavenger Hunt is March 4th at Spring Lake. Details to come!
