Hunt for Treasure & Fight for Air!

Californians breathe some of the unhealthiest air in the country! Air pollution can cause or worsen lung disease, even for people with otherwise healthy lungs.Concerned people like yourself are joining Ed Begley Jr., the Healthy Air Walk Honorary Chairperson, to raise money and awareness for this Healthy Air movement so we can all breathe easier.

The Fight for Air Walk & Treasure Hunt will take place on Saturday October 2, 2010 on Treasure Island in the San Francisco Bay.
Kids will enjoy the adventure of an educational treasure hunt along the 3 mile route which includes spectacular views of San Francisco, the East Bay hills and the new Bay Bridge, still under construction! Bring the whole family for a rememorable and rewarding day. Your doggie friends are welcome too!  Consider extending your visit to Treasure Island with a picnic lunch for your family, friends or co-workers and a night in San Francisco!

Registration for the event can be completed online at www.HealthyAirWalk.org or on-site beginning at 9am.  Visit www.LungUSA.org for information on lung health resources including programs and events in your area. Or call the toll-free Lung HelpLine at 1-800-LUNG-USA to speak to a health professional.
